Virginijus Taujanskas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rien Eringa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mika Nurmela received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Virginijus Taujanskas came out and tried to block the shot, but Mika Nurmela slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 4th minute. Richard Waldijk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vilius Latvėnas in the 7th minute of the match. When Benjaminas Česnauskas fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aleksotas FK's protests and gave Benjaminas Česnauskas a yellow card for diving instead. Mika Nurmela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virginijus Taujanskas having to interfere. Dinaras Kriščiūnas hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. De Digitale Dribbelaars's Roger Vedder couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 14th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Aleksotas FK. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Kristof Klompe managed to get in a good position for a shot. De Digitale Dribbelaars's supporters rose to their feet, but Kristof Klompe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Virginijus Taujanskas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jordi Nijsse hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. 25 minutes into the match, Kristof Klompe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Virginijus Taujanskas. Aleksotas FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kristof Klompe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 27th match minute, Aleksotas FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vilius Latvėnas to maneuver through the defense. Virginijus Taujanskas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mika Nurmela in the 31st minute of play. De Digitale Dribbelaars's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Roger Vedder in the 32nd minute. De Digitale Dribbelaars's Roger Vedder was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Virginijus Taujanskas in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 34 minutes into the game, De Digitale Dribbelaars's Domenik Hoffhuis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Virginijus Taujanskas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. After 39 minutes of play, De Digitale Dribbelaars's Kristof Klompe made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Virginijus Taujanskas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rien Eringa in the 43rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Virginijus Taujanskas, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Kristof Klompe put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Virginijus Taujanskas. With his leg Virginijus Taujanskas managed to avoid a goal in the 48thth minute, when De Digitale Dribbelaars's Rien Eringa fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.

In the 57th minute, Mika Nurmela left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The De Digitale Dribbelaars fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. 62 minutes into the match, Rien Eringa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Virginijus Taujanskas. Aleksotas FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rien Eringa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Kristof Klompe took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Virginijus Taujanskas. Virginijus Taujanskas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. 69 minutes into the game, De Digitale Dribbelaars's Kristof Klompe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Virginijus Taujanskas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. Kristof Klompe might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Virginijus Taujanskas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kristof Klompe ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 76th minute, Rien Eringa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Virginijus Taujanskas was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. 84 minutes into the game, De Digitale Dribbelaars's Rien Eringa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Virginijus Taujanskas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 13-0. In the 89thth minute of the game Kristof Klompe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aleksotas FK's Virginijus Taujanskas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gido Saelman in the 91st minute of play forced Aleksotas FK's goalkeeper Virginijus Taujanskas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 92nd play minutes Mika Nurmela shot 15-0, a short shot which went by Virginijus Taujanskas and just under the crossbar into goal. Kristof Klompe succeeded in the game's 95th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 16-0. When the referee ended the match the De Digitale Dribbelaars players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
