The De Digitale Dribbelaars fans' excitement grew in the 5th match minute when De Digitale Dribbelaars's Rien Eringa looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Marcell Pál came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by De Digitale Dribbelaars's Rien Eringa. But to his dismay, Rien Eringa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. If Mika Nurmela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mika Nurmela struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Marcell Pál didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for De Digitale Dribbelaars. 24 minutes into the match, PMFC 2018's goal looked a bit too open when Domenik Hoffhuis came free, but Marcell Pál reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rien Eringa in the 30th minute of play forced PMFC 2018's goalkeeper Marcell Pál to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kristof Klompe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rien Eringa succeeded in the game's 36th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-4. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Kristof Klompe put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Marcell Pál. Marcell Pál stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kristof Klompe's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. PMFC 2018's Marcell Pál played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rien Eringa in the 48th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when János Kuti stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A hard shot 58 in the game by Rien Eringa from a close distance when the talented Marcell Pál managed to make a qualified save. PMFC 2018's players were relieved. After 58 played minutes De Digitale Dribbelaars got a freekick which was hit by Domenik Hoffhuis. Richard Waldijk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ákos Kecskés in the 60th minute of the match. De Digitale Dribbelaars's Rien Eringa got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 63 minutes into the game, Rien Eringa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Marcell Pál was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 67th play minute Rien Eringa came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Marcell Pál. 0-7. 70 minutes into the game, Rien Eringa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Marcell Pál was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. PMFC 2018's Marcell Pál proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save PMFC 2018 from getting a goal against them. Rien Eringa didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-9 via right post in the game's 78th minute. De Digitale Dribbelaars's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Árpád Havas hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. 86 minutes into the match, Rien Eringa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcell Pál. PMFC 2018's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rien Eringa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-10. After 90 minutes, Árpád Havas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PMFC 2018 and the De Digitale Dribbelaars players grew even worse after the yellow card. Árpád Havas hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute, Hugó Cziráki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The PMFC 2018 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. De Digitale Dribbelaars were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
