Domenik Hoffhuis took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edelmiro Sedeni. Edelmiro Sedeni dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When De Digitale Dribbelaars's Kristof Klompe in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye 위아래's goalie prevented a goal. 22 minutes into the match, 위아래's goal looked a bit too open when Mika Nurmela came free, but Edelmiro Sedeni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Alonzo Afonso fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 위아래's protests and gave Alonzo Afonso a yellow card for diving instead. Edelmiro Sedeni didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gido Saelman went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. When Simon Schol fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored De Digitale Dribbelaars's protests and gave Simon Schol a yellow card for diving instead. In the 27th minute, Simon Schol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, De Digitale Dribbelaars's Mika Nurmela got a free kick in the 30th minute. The supporters of 위아래 booed when De Digitale Dribbelaars was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rien Eringa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, 위아래's Vinicio Leoiar got a free kick in the 34th minute. After some careless play in the 위아래 defense, Domenik Hoffhuis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edelmiro Sedeni. The 위아래 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edelmiro Sedeni should have stopped the shot. In the 38th match minute, De Digitale Dribbelaars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mika Nurmela to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to 위아래 getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Artemio Chorache hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Rien Eringa made the kick off in the second half. In a very dangerous position, a player in De Digitale Dribbelaars fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 51st minute. Penalty! De Digitale Dribbelaars:s Richard Waldijk showed great skill when he stopped Severino Guipuzkoa:s penalty. After 52 minutes of play, 위아래's Severino Guipuzkoa made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Richard Waldijk was left in no man's land by his defense there! Edelmiro Sedeni made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rien Eringa in the 59th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kristof Klompe during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of 위아래 booed when De Digitale Dribbelaars was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kristof Klompe didn't get a good kick on the ball. 위아래's Edelmiro Sedeni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rien Eringa in the 64th minute of play. After 66 played minutes 위아래 got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Asteri. Edelmiro Sedeni came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by De Digitale Dribbelaars's Kristof Klompe. But to his dismay, Kristof Klompe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Severino Guipuzkoa hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Vinicio Leoiar got his second yellow card in the match during the 81st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Edelmiro Sedeni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rien Eringa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 87 minutes into the match, Domenik Hoffhuis dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Edelmiro Sedeni, 1-6. Edelmiro Sedeni came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by De Digitale Dribbelaars's Rien Eringa. But to his dismay, Rien Eringa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-7. After 94 minutes of play, De Digitale Dribbelaars's Domenik Hoffhuis made it 1-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edelmiro Sedeni was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 98th minute Gido Saelman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edelmiro Sedeni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle sounded De Digitale Dribbelaars left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than 위아래.
