If Ferenc Molnár had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nojus Alijošius hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. When Ákos Kecskés came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the PMFC 2018 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ákos Kecskés couldn't finish the play. If János Kuti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 23 played minutes PMFC 2018 got a freekick which was hit by János Kuti. 25 minutes into the match, Koppány Keresztesi notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Aleksotas FK's Virginijus Taujanskas. Virginijus Taujanskas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 28th minute, Ferenc Molnár got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Koppány Keresztesi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Aleksotas FK's Dinaras Kriščiūnas got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Zoltán Szepes scored 0-3 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Virginijus Taujanskas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 41st minute Zoltán Szepes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virginijus Taujanskas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ferenc Molnár had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Marcell Pál stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vilius Latvėnas's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vilius Latvėnas in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcell Pál prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 59th minute Ferenc Molnár shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virginijus Taujanskas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Vilius Latvėnas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcell Pál was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. When PMFC 2018's Ferenc Molnár in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The supporters of PMFC 2018 booed when Aleksotas FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredas Zinkevičius didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Ferenc Molnár came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the PMFC 2018 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ferenc Molnár couldn't finish the play. In the 88th minute Koppány Keresztesi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virginijus Taujanskas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Virginijus Taujanskas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferenc Molnár in the 90th minute of play. Aleksotas FK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 92nd minute, when Ákos Kecskés scored to the left of an out of position Virginijus Taujanskas, making the score, 0-5. The Aleksotas FK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. PMFC 2018 were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
