In the 5th minute, Aleksotas FK's Vaidas Varanauskas seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Vaidas Varanauskas the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Aleksotas FK protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Vaidas Varanauskas had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Aleksotas FK:s Virginijus Taujanskas showed great skill when he stopped Paco Camarasa:s penalty. Aleksotas FK's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Miguel Hernánde Arrué 8 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Teofilo Aliste sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, C.D. Pepino’s's Virginijus Taujanskas threw himself towards the right post 14 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Miguel Hernánde Arrué, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 16 minutes into the match, Miguel Hernánde Arrué dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Virginijus Taujanskas, 2-0. If Miguel Hernánde Arrué had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Aleksotas FK's Vilius Latvėnas got a free kick in the 25th minute. 27 minutes into the match, Miguel Hernánde Arrué had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Virginijus Taujanskas. Aleksotas FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Miguel Hernánde Arrué was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Virginijus Taujanskas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Hernánde Arrué, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Miguel Hernánde Arrué fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virginijus Taujanskas having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rafael Ojeda got free with Virginijus Taujanskas in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ervigio Jaras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Ervigio Jaras sped through Aleksotas FK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Virginijus Taujanskas. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Miguel Hernánde Arrué took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Virginijus Taujanskas to make any attempt to save it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

Pepino’s's Paco Camarasa tried to score from far away in the 62nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Teofilo Aliste sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 66 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Ervigio Jaras sped through Aleksotas FK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Virginijus Taujanskas. 69 minutes into the match, Ervigio Jaras notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Aleksotas FK's Virginijus Taujanskas. Virginijus Taujanskas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Teofilo Aliste sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aleksotas FK's Virginijus Taujanskas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Hernánde Arrué in the 77th minute of play. Ervigio Jaras struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Virginijus Taujanskas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.D. Pepino’s. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aleksotas FK's goalkeeper Virginijus Taujanskas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Virginijus Taujanskas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ervigio Jaras in the 85th minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Miguel Hernánde Arrué made a precise shot to the right of Virginijus Taujanskas. Aleksotas FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. In the 86th minute Miguel Hernánde Arrué shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virginijus Taujanskas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 90 played minutes Aleksotas FK got a freekick which was hit by Benjaminas Krasauskas. Miguel Hernánde Arrué sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. C.D. Pepino’s fully deserved thier win.
