In the 2nd minute, Vilius Latvėnas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aleksotas FK's Virginijus Taujanskas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rigo Moschel in the 3rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Raphael Beilmann could shoot a difficult shot in the 8th minute, which Virginijus Taujanskas however easily saved by the left post. In the 10thth minute of the game Vilius Latvėnas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Borussia Ostermoordorf's Aage Weiss was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vilius Latvėnas in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aage Weiss saved Borussia Ostermoordorf from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Birger Koppenhöfer in the 15th minute of play forced Aleksotas FK's goalkeeper Virginijus Taujanskas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute Rigo Moschel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virginijus Taujanskas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Virginijus Taujanskas came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Borussia Ostermoordorf's Artur Kafka. But to his dismay, Artur Kafka quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Borussia Ostermoordorf's zone, Benjaminas Česnauskas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aage Weiss came out of the goal and Benjaminas Česnauskas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artur Kafka in the 27th minute of play forced Aleksotas FK's goalkeeper Virginijus Taujanskas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Vilius Latvėnas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daumantas Sabaitis hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After having played for 32 minutes, Benjamin Oppenheim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Borussia Ostermoordorf's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benjamin Oppenheim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Virginijus Taujanskas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rigo Moschel in the 34th minute of the match. In the 37th minute Birger Koppenhöfer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virginijus Taujanskas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th minute, Vilius Latvėnas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Raphael Beilmann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Virginijus Taujanskas made a huge save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Birger Koppenhöfer was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Aleksotas FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dinaras Kriščiūnas to maneuver through the defense. The Borussia Ostermoordorf fans' excitement grew in the 53rd match minute when Borussia Ostermoordorf's Birger Koppenhöfer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 56th match minute, Borussia Ostermoordorf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Oppenheim to maneuver through the defense. Aage Weiss made an important save on a dangerous shot by Augustinas Baliutis in the 57th minute. A hard shot 59 in the game by Vilius Latvėnas from a close distance when the talented Aage Weiss managed to make a qualified save. Borussia Ostermoordorf's players were relieved. After some careless play in the Aleksotas FK defense, Birger Koppenhöfer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Virginijus Taujanskas. The Aleksotas FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Virginijus Taujanskas should have stopped the shot. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Borussia Ostermoordorf's goalkeeper Aage Weiss, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aleksotas FK's Virginijus Taujanskas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Birger Koppenhöfer in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd minute Raphael Beilmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virginijus Taujanskas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Virginijus Taujanskas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raphael Beilmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aleksotas FK's Virginijus Taujanskas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Birger Koppenhöfer in the 79th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, Aleksotas FK's goal looked a bit too open when Artur Kafka came free, but Virginijus Taujanskas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Virginijus Taujanskas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Artur Kafka went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. If Birger Koppenhöfer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raphael Beilmann in the 87th minute of play forced Aleksotas FK's goalkeeper Virginijus Taujanskas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th minute, Benjaminas Krasauskas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th minute, Rigo Moschel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Virginijus Taujanskas was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Aage Weiss showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vilius Latvėnas, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Borussia Ostermoordorf fully deserved thier win.
