The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jack Bergen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jack Bergen struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Virginijus Taujanskas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for De Digitale Dribbelaars. Richard Waldijk acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 7th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Vaidas Varanauskas. Jack Bergen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rien Eringa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virginijus Taujanskas having to interfere. In the 15th minute Domenik Hoffhuis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virginijus Taujanskas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute, Jack Bergen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 19 minutes into the match, Aleksotas FK's goal looked a bit too open when Rien Eringa came free, but Virginijus Taujanskas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Virginijus Taujanskas came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by De Digitale Dribbelaars's Jack Bergen. But to his dismay, Jack Bergen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Domenik Hoffhuis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virginijus Taujanskas having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rien Eringa in the 25th minute of play forced Aleksotas FK's goalkeeper Virginijus Taujanskas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Domenik Hoffhuis might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Virginijus Taujanskas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Domenik Hoffhuis ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice moves Augustinas Baliutis could shoot a difficult shot in the 35th minute, which Richard Waldijk however easily saved by the left post. Virginijus Taujanskas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kristof Klompe, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After 39 minutes, Augustinas Baliutis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aleksotas FK and the De Digitale Dribbelaars players grew even worse after the yellow card. Augustinas Baliutis hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rien Eringa in the 42nd minute of play forced Aleksotas FK's goalkeeper Virginijus Taujanskas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute, Erik Roodenburg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Aleksotas FK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. De Digitale Dribbelaars were winning 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vilius Latvėnas made a kick off. Augustinas Baliutis kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Domenik Hoffhuis took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Virginijus Taujanskas. Virginijus Taujanskas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. After 72 minutes, Alfredas Zinkevičius mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aleksotas FK and the De Digitale Dribbelaars players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alfredas Zinkevičius hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. A hard shot 76 in the game by Rien Eringa from a close distance when the talented Virginijus Taujanskas managed to make a qualified save. Aleksotas FK's players were relieved. In the 80th minute, Augustinas Baliutis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Virginijus Taujanskas came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by De Digitale Dribbelaars's Rien Eringa. But to his dismay, Rien Eringa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. 84 minutes into the match, Aleksotas FK's goal looked a bit too open when Kristof Klompe came free, but Virginijus Taujanskas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 85th play minutes Rien Eringa shot 0-8, a short shot which went by Virginijus Taujanskas and just under the crossbar into goal. With his leg Virginijus Taujanskas managed to avoid a goal in the 89thth minute, when De Digitale Dribbelaars's Rien Eringa fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jack Bergen came free with the goalkeeper in the 97th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Virginijus Taujanskas could save by the left post. When the final whistle sounded De Digitale Dribbelaars left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Aleksotas FK.
