Béla Bíró made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kristof Klompe in the 4th minute of play. After 5 played minutes De Digitale Dribbelaars got a freekick which was hit by Gido Saelman. A collision led to PMFC 2018 getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Egon Vörös hit a great ball. Béla Bíró stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kristof Klompe's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Rien Eringa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Béla Bíró made a huge save. After 25 minutes PMFC 2018's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Roger Vedder who took care of the corner kick. De Digitale Dribbelaars's Roger Vedder was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Béla Bíró in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Rien Eringa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Béla Bíró made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Kristof Klompe sent off a good shot on target. Rien Eringa's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 38thth minute, Béla Bíró skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When De Digitale Dribbelaars's Rien Eringa in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye PMFC 2018's goalie prevented a goal. In the 44th match minute, PMFC 2018 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vencel Káposztás to maneuver through the defense. Simon Schol kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Egon Vörös's late challenge caught a De Digitale Dribbelaars's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Egon Vörös helped the player get up and apologised. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rien Eringa made a kick off. The supporters of De Digitale Dribbelaars booed when PMFC 2018 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aladár Virág didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 53 minutes, Roger Vedder managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. De Digitale Dribbelaars's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roger Vedder was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vencel Káposztás fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Waldijk having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rien Eringa in the 64th minute of play forced PMFC 2018's goalkeeper Béla Bíró to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 71 minutes into the match, PMFC 2018's goal looked a bit too open when Jack Bergen came free, but Béla Bíró reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to De Digitale Dribbelaars getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Gido Saelman hit a great ball. Domenik Hoffhuis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Béla Bíró read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Koppány Keresztesi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Béla Bíró took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kristof Klompe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86th minute, Egon Vörös reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Richard Waldijk. The goal made the score 2-1. After 92 played minutes De Digitale Dribbelaars got a freekick which was hit by Rien Eringa. The supporters of PMFC 2018 booed when De Digitale Dribbelaars was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jasper Schildkamp didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, PMFC 2018's Vencel Káposztás got a free kick in the 96th minute. After some careless play in the PMFC 2018 defense, Rien Eringa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Béla Bíró. The PMFC 2018 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Béla Bíró should have stopped the shot. For all the effort they put into the match, the PMFC 2018 players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for De Digitale Dribbelaars.
