Wasyl Gongola hit a great ball. In the 5th minute, KS LEW Chorzów's Edgar Degas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aleksander Solarek. Aleksander Solarek yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. KS LEW Chorzów's Leo Campana got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Degas in the 10th minute of play forced Warmia Grajewo's goalkeeper Aleksander Solarek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Leo Campana put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Aleksander Solarek. If Leo Campana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Aleksander Solarek managed to avoid a goal in the 21stth minute, when KS LEW Chorzów's Leo Campana fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 22nd match minute, Warmia Grajewo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leszek Golembiewski to maneuver through the defense. In the 26th minute Kajetan Ruszkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herbert Oliszewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leo Campana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aleksander Solarek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Degas in the 88th minute of play. The supporters of KS LEW Chorzów booed when Warmia Grajewo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feliks Tomaszewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leo Campana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Aleksander Solarek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
