Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Vilius Latvėnas made the kick off and thus started the match. David Pedersson scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Virginijus Taujanskas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ingvar Kilstedt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vilius Latvėnas, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. After having played for 9 minutes, David Pedersson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Blueskatterna's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Pedersson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 11th minute Peter Björkman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virginijus Taujanskas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the game, Greger Rudkvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Virginijus Taujanskas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in FC Blueskatterna's zone, Vilius Latvėnas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ingvar Kilstedt came out of the goal and Vilius Latvėnas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Björkman in the 20th minute of play forced Aleksotas FK's goalkeeper Virginijus Taujanskas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute Peter Björkman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virginijus Taujanskas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfredas Zinkevičius recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of FC Blueskatterna booed when Aleksotas FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulius Margelis didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half FC Blueskatterna were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Peter Björkman made the kick off in the second half. Peter Björkman took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Virginijus Taujanskas. Virginijus Taujanskas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. 55 minutes into the match, Greger Rudkvist dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Virginijus Taujanskas, 0-7. In the 67th match minute, FC Blueskatterna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vilgot Norberg to maneuver through the defense. Virginijus Taujanskas came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by FC Blueskatterna's David Pedersson. But to his dismay, David Pedersson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. 75 minutes into the match, David Pedersson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Virginijus Taujanskas, 0-10. In the 78th minute, Peter Björkman fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 80th minute, Greger Rudkvist made a precise shot to the right of Virginijus Taujanskas. Aleksotas FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-11. In the 85th minute, Kristoffer Billing left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Blueskatterna fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-12. 88 minutes into the match, Aleksotas FK's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Björkman came free, but Virginijus Taujanskas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Hannes Sandström took a quick shot and it went in 0-13 without a chance for Virginijus Taujanskas to make any attempt to save it. In the 94th match minute, FC Blueskatterna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hannes Sandström to maneuver through the defense. FC Blueskatterna's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
