Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dimitris Koukoulas started the match with the kick off. Dimitris Koukoulas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 2nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dani Gallardo hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 9th minute of the match Stelios Panagiotidis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ander Pastor skillfully saved the ball. In the 13th minute, Go Ahead Eagles's Lakis Patsoureas seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Lakis Patsoureas the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Go Ahead Eagles protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Lakis Patsoureas had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Lakis Patsoureas hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 14th minute of the match Joan Gallego shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vaggelis Pagarliotas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Go Ahead Eagles's Stelios Panagiotidis was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 16th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 20th minute, Tulio Villa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Go Ahead Eagles's Alkaios Tsionas got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 23rd minute, Miltos Theriaklis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aris Kolitsis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Ander Pastor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 30 minutes into the game, F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's Tulio Villa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vaggelis Pagarliotas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 34 minutes into the match, Stelios Panagiotidis dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ander Pastor, 2-1. Vaggelis Pagarliotas came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's Ereinotz Llorca. But to his dismay, Ereinotz Llorca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. If Soulis Xanthakos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ander Pastor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aris Kolitsis, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The wind increased when Joan Gallego made the kick off in the second half. Vaggelis Pagarliotas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tulio Villa in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aris Kolitsis in the 53rd minute of play forced F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's goalkeeper Ander Pastor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's César Nafría got a free kick in the 59th minute. Go Ahead Eagles's Vaggelis Pagarliotas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Go Ahead Eagles from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aris Kolitsis in the 63rd minute of play forced F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's goalkeeper Ander Pastor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute, Ferran Machado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. In the 75th minute, Ereinotz Llorca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 80 minutes, Stelios Panagiotidis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Go Ahead Eagles's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stelios Panagiotidis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 85 minutes into the match, Roberto Baeza notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Go Ahead Eagles's Vaggelis Pagarliotas. Vaggelis Pagarliotas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA booed when Go Ahead Eagles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stelios Panagiotidis didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
