Rymu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dimitris Koukoulas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Soulis Xanthakos came free with the goalkeeper in the 6th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Kalle Härmi could save by the left post. Kaupo Vatsar charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kaupo Vatsar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Rymu getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Kaupo Vatsar hit a great ball. When Soulis Xanthakos came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Go Ahead Eagles fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Soulis Xanthakos couldn't finish the play. Vaggelis Pagarliotas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olari Ainsoo in the 13th minute of play. After 16 played minutes Go Ahead Eagles got a freekick which was hit by Soulis Xanthakos. When Go Ahead Eagles's Stelios Panagiotidis in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rymu's goalie prevented a goal. Alkaios Tsionas hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Rymu's Imre Leist got a free kick in the 27th minute. Dimitris Koukoulas in the 29thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kalle Härmi, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 30 minutes, Olari Ainsoo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rymu and the Go Ahead Eagles players grew even worse after the yellow card. Go Ahead Eagles's Nikos Moustos was substituted for Lakis Patsoureas. After a rather tough play, Rymu's Olari Ainsoo got a free kick in the 31st minute. After a rather tough play, Rymu's Riivo Rajamäe got a free kick in the 32nd minute. 52 minutes into the game, Vello Muretu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vaggelis Pagarliotas. Vello Muretu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Kalle Härmi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dimitris Koukoulas, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Dimitris Koukoulas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Kalle Härmi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kalle Härmi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dimitris Koukoulas, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. When the match clock showed 70 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Dimitris Koukoulas sped through Rymu's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kalle Härmi. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Babbis Kabitakis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Go Ahead Eagles's supporters rose to their feet, but Babbis Kabitakis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kalle Härmi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Dimitris Koukoulas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kalle Härmi was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dimitris Koukoulas in the 79th minute of play forced Rymu's goalkeeper Kalle Härmi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Soulis Xanthakos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 92 minutes, Vello Muretu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rymu and the Go Ahead Eagles players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vello Muretu hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. 93 minutes into the match, Rymu's goal looked a bit too open when Dimitris Koukoulas came free, but Kalle Härmi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kalle Härmi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dimitris Koukoulas, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. When the referee ended the match the Go Ahead Eagles players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
