Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Josef Drewitz got the match started through his kick off. Mihai Măliță's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Folke Arvidsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. Roger Glanselius could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Florin Pruneda made a huge save. Marius Măgură kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. After 16 played minutes FC Fanaticii got a freekick which was hit by Gică Curcă. Roger Glanselius hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute Mihai Măliță shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Folke Arvidsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, FC Blueskatterna's goal looked a bit too open when Mihai Măliță came free, but Folke Arvidsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Florin Pruneda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Drewitz in the 28th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Axel Tönnberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 45 played minutes FC Fanaticii got a freekick which was hit by Mihai Măliță. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Gică Curcă made the kick off in the second half. Folke Arvidsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihai Măliță in the 52nd minute of play. Marius Măgură came free with the goalkeeper in the 53rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Folke Arvidsson could save by the left post. Leontin Comăneci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Folke Arvidsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Blueskatterna's Folke Arvidsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihai Măliță in the 66th minute of play. Karl-Oskar Back hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. With a little luck, FC Blueskatterna's Folke Arvidsson got control of the ball when Gică Curcă tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eusebiu Oanță took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 76th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Folke Arvidsson. FC Blueskatterna's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to FC Blueskatterna getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Axel Tönnberg hit a great ball. After 81 played minutes FC Fanaticii got a freekick which was hit by Ernest Poplăcean. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gică Curcă got free with Folke Arvidsson in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to FC Blueskatterna getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Axel Tönnberg hit a great ball. Folke Arvidsson came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Fanaticii's Mihai Măliță. But to his dismay, Mihai Măliță quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in FC Blueskatterna's zone, Gică Curcă stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Folke Arvidsson came out of the goal and Gică Curcă tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The FC Blueskatterna supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC Fanaticii's performance. The match ended with a win for FC Fanaticii.
