Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hugo Lima to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raphael Nigg in the 55th minute of play forced Thorin SC's goalkeeper Carlos Miguel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. René Erköseoglu hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Daniel Noser made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquim Guerra in the 62nd minute of play. Fabian Alfred hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. After 67 played minutes Liechtenstein City got a freekick which was hit by Jürgen Thierstein. In the 71st minute, Thorin SC's Hugo Lima ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Daniel Noser. Daniel Noser yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Daniel Noser took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquim Guerra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hélder Freitas during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hélder Freitas kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 94th minute of the match Florian Bürzle shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carlos Miguel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Thorin SC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
