Orlando Iratzeder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximiliano Gabirel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the game, Pasillios AFC's Desiderio Loiola nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. With a little luck, Pasillios AFC's Norberto Errando got control of the ball when Santiago Romano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Desiderio Loiola took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Orlando Iratzeder. With his leg Norberto Errando managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when Soda Stereo FC Unplugged's Santiago Romano fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Pudes in the 36th minute of play forced Pasillios AFC's goalkeeper Norberto Errando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 43 minutes of play, Pasillios AFC's Maximiliano Gabirel made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Orlando Iratzeder was left in no man's land by his defense there! Orlando Iratzeder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gogo Laurin, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Desiderio Loiola to make the kick off.
