When Olimpiu Bobeica fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Cosula-BTF-'s protests and gave Olimpiu Bobeica a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, FC Cosula-BTF-'s Olimpiu Bobeica got a free kick in the 26th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Delmar Playo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ovidiu Marin. That made the score 1-1 in the 28 minute of play. Paolo Munio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dacian Jurăscu, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 37th minute, Costin Ailioaiei left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Cosula-BTF- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Paolo Munio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dacian Jurăscu, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After 46 played minutes Maravilla got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Arnau. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dacian Jurăscu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Maravilla's Paolo Munio got control of the ball when Dacian Jurăscu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Felix Nistorescu's late challenge caught a Maravilla's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Felix Nistorescu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 67th minute, Dacian Jurăscu made a precise shot to the right of Paolo Munio. Maravilla's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Paolo Munio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dacian Jurăscu in the 71st minute. FC Cosula-BTF- played a much better game than Maravilla and deserved their victory. The Maravilla players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
