The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Vânderson Saa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Özgür Özbay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Özgür Özbay scored 1-0 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vânderson Saa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 14th minute Dale Dolar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Buturugã saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vânderson Saa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sulo Montaña in the 21st minute of the match. 24 minutes into the game, Dale Dolar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. George Buturugã was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sulo Montaña's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vânderson Saa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, LOI's goal looked a bit too open when Dale Dolar came free, but George Buturugã reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dale Dolar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without George Buturugã having to make a save. When Barcellos Mineiro FC's Dale Dolar in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. LOI made a substitution. Eriberto Segio replaced Kaan Öztanır. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sulo Montaña to make the kick off. Barcellos Mineiro FC's Vânderson Saa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Habib Durukan in the 57th minute of play. In the 64th minute Özgür Özbay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vânderson Saa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vânderson Saa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sulo Montaña, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. George Buturugã showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Carrascal in the 87th minute of the match. After having played for 90 minutes, Sulo Montaña managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LOI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sulo Montaña was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. LOI made a substitution. Kerimhan Cevher replaced Sulo Montaña. In the 96th minute, LOI's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Olavi Vilo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post.
