VILLARREAL UNITED's attentive Johan Öman managed to snatch the ball when Dacian Tilea made a throw-in in the 42nd minute of the game. After 45 played minutes Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Dacian Tilea. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valentin Voicu was the one to do the kick off. VILLARREAL UNITED's Baraxil Sarrate proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save VILLARREAL UNITED from getting a goal against them. Diki Doro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yusuf Kaya in the 93rd minute of the match.
