Franklin Bittencourt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Zappa, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute Toni Barijho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franklin Bittencourt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ezequiel Fresco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alim Akkaya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Franklin Bittencourt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramachandramurthy Wucherpfennig's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Ramachandramurthy Wucherpfennig could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Franklin Bittencourt made a huge save. Ezequiel Fresco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Carlos Mazza in the 26th minute of the match. Franklin Bittencourt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Zappa, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. The supporters of Vasco FC booed when All Boys 22 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frank Zappa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 57th minute of the match All Boys 22 got a corner. Vasco FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Walter Heggert ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Toni Barijho got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Franklin Bittencourt quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 59th minute, Geovanni Queirós hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vasco FC's Franklin Bittencourt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Ibaute in the 60th minute of play. Ezequiel Fresco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zé Carlos Mazza in the 64th minute. In the 65th minute, Ramachandramurthy Wucherpfennig got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toni Barijho in the 69th minute of play forced Vasco FC's goalkeeper Franklin Bittencourt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zé Carlos Mazza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Ezequiel Fresco made a huge save. When Wanderson Urbano fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vasco FC's protests and gave Wanderson Urbano a yellow card for diving instead. In the 97th minute, Wanderson Urbano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Franklin Bittencourt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from John Ibaute went, in the 99th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The All Boys 22 fans cheered their team off the field, for while Vasco FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
