Jurupeba FC's Fabrício Falcão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guilherme Heidemann in the 12th minute of play. The supporters of Vasco FC booed when Jurupeba FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sasho Arsenov didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guilherme Heidemann in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabrício Falcão saved Jurupeba FC from getting behind. If Martin Minchev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20thth minute of the game Martin Minchev who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vasco FC's Franklin Bittencourt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geovanni Queirós in the 23rd minute of play forced Jurupeba FC's goalkeeper Fabrício Falcão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Jurupeba FC's goalie and right to Carlos Fernando Silveira. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Jurupeba FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Raphael Veiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Franklin Bittencourt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thorkil Husig's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. Guilherme Heidemann scored 0-1 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabrício Falcão, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Jurupeba FC's Thorkil Husig in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vasco FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 37 minutes, Guilherme Heidemann made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Jurupeba FC's Fabrício Falcão tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Fabrício Falcão came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Vasco FC's Guilherme Heidemann. But to his dismay, Guilherme Heidemann quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

After 52 minutes, Beto Breckenfeld made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. Vasco FC's Franklin Bittencourt tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 58 minutes into the match, Jurupeba FC's Pedro Augusto Maranhense sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Franklin Bittencourt narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 60th minute Martin Minchev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franklin Bittencourt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Franklin Bittencourt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Beto Breckenfeld went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Franklin Bittencourt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thorkil Husig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Zé Carlos Mazza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vasco FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Zé Carlos Mazza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabrício Falcão breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Jurupeba FC's Martin Minchev in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Pedro Augusto Maranhense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Franklin Bittencourt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, Vasco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Thorkil Husig came free, but Franklin Bittencourt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, Beto Breckenfeld notched a goal, 4-3, to the right of Vasco FC's Franklin Bittencourt. Franklin Bittencourt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 82 played minutes Vasco FC got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Fabiano da Cunha. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thorkil Husig in the 85th minute of play forced Vasco FC's goalkeeper Franklin Bittencourt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the game, Jurupeba FC's Thorkil Husig nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Franklin Bittencourt made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-3. Vasco FC's Franklin Bittencourt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beto Breckenfeld in the 91st minute of play. In the 94th minute, Reinaldo Schmidt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 95 minutes into the match, Jurupeba FC's goal looked a bit too open when Guilherme Heidemann came free, but Fabrício Falcão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Vasco FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Jurupeba FC.
