Despidida AFC's Silvestre Peli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Despidida AFC from getting a goal against them. When Toro Martínez came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Despidida AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Toro Martínez couldn't finish the play. Despidida AFC's Czeslaw Kopacz was substituted for Ancho Branca. A collision led to Despidida AFC getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Oliver Rizzo hit a great ball. Jurupeba FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
