When Santo Damario fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Riesgo Cero's protests and gave Santo Damario a yellow card for diving instead. 45 minutes into the match, Andırın SK's goal looked a bit too open when Santo Damario came free, but Zhu Ao reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Riesgo Cero made a substitution. Amadeo Firman replaced Kubilay İmge. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Türkeş Akşit in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristian Vladimirescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Andırın SK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
