The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. AMLUCHO's Selahaddin Esentürk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iacob Vernescu in the 7th minute of play. Ştefan Șerbulea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zygmunt Koprowski having to interfere. After 13 played minutes BVB 09 got a freekick which was hit by Iacob Vernescu. 14 minutes into the match, BVB 09's goal looked a bit too open when Nélson Sousa came free, but Zygmunt Koprowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Selahaddin Esentürk made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Avram Iurea sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nélson Sousa in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zygmunt Koprowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nélson Sousa in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zygmunt Koprowski saved BVB 09 from getting behind. With an all-out effort, BVB 09's Selahaddin Esentürk threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Avram Iurea, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. BVB 09 were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after AMLUCHO's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ioan Balint took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Avram Iurea got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Selahaddin Esentürk quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Selahaddin Esentürk made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Marin Manea sent off a good shot on target. Zygmunt Koprowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ştefan Șerbulea in the 37th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Moise Cristoloveanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 41 played minutes, AMLUCHO's Jackie Banks shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zygmunt Koprowski came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in AMLUCHO reached it. Marin Manea in the 44thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Selahaddin Esentürk, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marin Manea was the one to do the kick off. Isidro Oliviero's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 55thth minute, Zygmunt Koprowski skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. During this time AMLUCHO's players had a chance to rest. In the 74th minute, Ştefan Șerbulea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zygmunt Koprowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 77 minutes into the match, BVB 09's goalkeeper Zygmunt Koprowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ştefan Șerbulea. When Sorin Cotuțiu fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BVB 09's protests and gave Sorin Cotuțiu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 80th match minute, BVB 09 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sorin Cotuțiu to maneuver through the defense. In the 86th minute, Nélson Sousa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zygmunt Koprowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After some careless play in the AMLUCHO defense, Moise Cristoloveanu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Selahaddin Esentürk. The AMLUCHO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Selahaddin Esentürk should have stopped the shot. The supporters of BVB 09 booed when AMLUCHO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oğuzcan Lami didn't get a good kick on the ball. 94 minutes into the match, BVB 09's Octavian Caragea broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. AMLUCHO's Selahaddin Esentürk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octavian Caragea in the 96th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. AMLUCHO walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
