A well-hit corner resulted in Amador Venceslao heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Damiano Formica hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Soroca F.C.'s Lisandro Beltxe got a free kick in the 18th minute. When Nélson Sousa came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the AMLUCHO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nélson Sousa couldn't finish the play. Soroca F.C.'s Vitaliy Vischak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidro Oliviero in the 27th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Soroca F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Isidro Oliviero came free, but Vitaliy Vischak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to AMLUCHO getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Vasco Gaspar hit a great ball. Rodolfo Atarrabi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Selahaddin Esentürk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nélson Sousa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The AMLUCHO players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Soroca F.C. were winning 0-2.

After a defensive mix-up in Soroca F.C.'s zone, Isidro Oliviero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vitaliy Vischak came out of the goal and Isidro Oliviero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Soroca F.C. booed when AMLUCHO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Vilarinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute, Răzvan Necula ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Selahaddin Esentürk was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. AMLUCHO made a substitution. Laureano Lisboa replaced Miguel Vilarinho. 67 minutes into the game, Nélson Sousa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Vitaliy Vischak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vitaliy Vischak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jackie Banks, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Selahaddin Esentürk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Răzvan Necula in the 84th minute of play.
