The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lars Sundström got free with Pankracy Glogowski in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 5 minutes into the game, Fredric Hybbert cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Pankracy Glogowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 11th minute of the match FC Kurdistan got a corner. Club Atlético Atlanta's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kjell Mattsson ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to FC Kurdistan's Yin Yun Fan getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Pankracy Glogowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fredric Hybbert, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Pankracy Glogowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fredric Hybbert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fredric Hybbert got free with Pankracy Glogowski in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of FC Kurdistan booed when Club Atlético Atlanta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santos Oskitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fredric Hybbert in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pankracy Glogowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Thanks to some nice moves Lars Sundström could shoot a difficult shot in the 25th minute, which Pankracy Glogowski however easily saved by the left post. Pankracy Glogowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars Sundström, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. FC Kurdistan were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after Club Atlético Atlanta's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kjell Mattsson took the corner. Yin Yun Fan made a great header on FC Kurdistan's corner, it was just that Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski managed to reach the ball for a save. Pankracy Glogowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yin Yun Fan in the 34th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fredric Hybbert in the 35th minute of play forced Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Pankracy Glogowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lars Sundström had several of the Club Atlético Atlanta's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 39 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Pankracy Glogowski as he didn't even see the shot coming. With a little luck, Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski got control of the ball when Lars Sundström tried to sneak it across the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Fredric Hybbert had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pankracy Glogowski. Club Atlético Atlanta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fredric Hybbert was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 46th minute, FC Kurdistan's Lars Sundström dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lars Sundström made a kick off. Pankracy Glogowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yin Yun Fan in the 52nd minute of play. In the 54th minute Roni Ronaldinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Glogowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pankracy Glogowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Sundström in the 55th minute of play. Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yin Yun Fan in the 61st minute of play. Despite this Pankracy Glogowski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. But to his dismay, Elliot Nordgren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. FC Kurdistan's Ubaldo Ritchie was substituted for Roni Ronaldinho. FC Kurdistan made a substitution. Jörgen Levander replaced Fredric Hybbert. In the 74th match minute, Club Atlético Atlanta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remigio Erramu to maneuver through the defense. Pankracy Glogowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elliot Nordgren's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. Yin Yun Fan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pankracy Glogowski having to interfere. Pankracy Glogowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubaldo Ritchie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jörgen Levander in the 87th minute of play. Santos Oskitz charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santos Oskitz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Santos Oskitz hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Şevket Çağa's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 92ndth minute, Alaaddin Solskjær skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The supporters of FC Kurdistan booed when Club Atlético Atlanta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paolo Caradaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 96 minutes into the match, FC Kurdistan's Kjell Mattsson broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. FC Kurdistan walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
