Despite this Yu Hong Feng quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 7 minutes had been played when some careless play by Los Galacticos's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kjell Mattsson was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Kurdistan's players had a chance to rest. Kjell Mattsson made a great header on FC Kurdistan's corner, it was just that Los Galacticos's Yu Hong Feng managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Sundström in the 15th minute of play forced Los Galacticos's goalkeeper Yu Hong Feng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lars Sundström might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yu Hong Feng. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lars Sundström ran back to his position shaking his head. Yu Hong Feng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars Sundström, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lars Sundström in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yu Hong Feng saved Los Galacticos from getting behind. After some careless play in the Los Galacticos defense, Lars Sundström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yu Hong Feng. The Los Galacticos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yu Hong Feng should have stopped the shot. The throw-in from Qi Ao Lin in the 32nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Kurdistan's Fredric Hybbert. Alaaddin Solskjær showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mo Ning De, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. A hard shot 36 in the game by Fredric Hybbert from a close distance when the talented Yu Hong Feng managed to make a qualified save. Los Galacticos's players were relieved. Fredric Hybbert did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-0 to the left of a surprised Yu Hong Feng 36 minutes into the match. In the 42nd minute, Lars Sundström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yu Hong Feng was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Los Galacticos's Yu Hong Feng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars Sundström in the 45th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Xiao Jian Bo was the one to do the kick off. Qi Ao Lin got a throw-in 51 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Jiang Ang Xiao. Yu Hong Feng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fredric Hybbert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th minute Fredric Hybbert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yu Hong Feng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wu Mo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alaaddin Solskjær read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Los Galacticos's Wu Mo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alaaddin Solskjær. Alaaddin Solskjær yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 7-1. If Mo Ning De had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Los Galacticos's Yu Hong Feng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars Sundström in the 65th minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Los Galacticos's goal looked a bit too open when Fredric Hybbert came free, but Yu Hong Feng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yu Hong Feng didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Kurdistan. FC Kurdistan were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Los Galacticos for a fine match.
