Tim Wiese was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Léo Messis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. In the 15th match minute, Real Còrdoba FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andres Ferrari to maneuver through the defense. Victor Vulpăşin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodor Covaci in the 16th minute of play. Teodor Covaci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Victor Vulpăşin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Jerold in the 22nd minute of play forced SV Bad Harzburg's goalkeeper Tim Wiese to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SV Bad Harzburg's Tim Wiese played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Léo Messis in the 22nd minute of play. Isidoro Dalmau hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. With a little luck, SV Bad Harzburg's Tim Wiese got control of the ball when Anibal Cordeiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 35 played minutes SV Bad Harzburg got a freekick which was hit by Teodor Covaci. In the 38th minute, Real Còrdoba FC's Martin Jerold ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tim Wiese. Tim Wiese yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. After 44 played minutes Real Còrdoba FC got a freekick which was hit by Dale Corre. Victor Vulpăşin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Oster in the 45th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anibal Cordeiro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. SV Bad Harzburg's Tim Wiese played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Léo Messis in the 51st minute of play. In the 55th minute of the match, Teodor Covaci tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Victor Vulpăşin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Tim Wiese made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Léo Messis in the 68th minute of play. When Lars Schira came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the SV Bad Harzburg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lars Schira couldn't finish the play. Real Còrdoba FC's Victor Vulpăşin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Real Còrdoba FC from getting a goal against them. 79 minutes into the match, Anibal Cordeiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tim Wiese. SV Bad Harzburg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anibal Cordeiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. 84 minutes into the game, Real Còrdoba FC's Anibal Cordeiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tim Wiese made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. SV Bad Harzburg's Tim Wiese played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Jerold in the 90th minute of play. Real Còrdoba FC made a substitution. Hu Jian Liang replaced Anibal Cordeiro. Real Còrdoba FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
