A very good chance. In a very dangerous position, a player in F.C. Sosnowiec fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 17th minute. Penalty! In the 25th minute, Aleksander Sobania hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tod Freeman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dominik Zworski having to interfere. In the 34th match minute, Leicester Lions was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michal Budzyn to maneuver through the defense. Alexander Cheetham hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. If Leonard Lewkowicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, F.C. Sosnowiec's Dominik Zworski got control of the ball when Connor Branston tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Leonard Lewkowicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Grant Blacknell made a huge save. Dominik Zworski came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Leicester Lions's Connor Branston. But to his dismay, Connor Branston quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0.
