Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) 4 minutes into the match, Vancouver Reds's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Ahlqvist came free, but Santana Armada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vancouver Reds's Santana Armada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabian Bermudez in the 6th minute of play. In the 7th minute Jan Ahlqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santana Armada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santana Armada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Bermudez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 14 minutes, Atilano Ourente mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Reconquistense FC and the Vancouver Reds players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 14th minute, one of Reconquistense FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Reconquistense FC. Aldo Quick did an outstanding performance 16 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 1-0 to the right of an irritated Jesus Austin in the goal. When Serafin Harriet fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Reconquistense FC's protests and gave Serafin Harriet a yellow card for diving instead. In the 22nd minute, one of Reconquistense FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Reconquistense FC. Santana Armada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Ahlqvist in the 27th minute of the match. Reconquistense FC's Jan Ahlqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Enrique Malone charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Enrique Malone the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Enrique Malone kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Santana Armada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Bermudez in the 31st minute of play. Santana Armada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Ahlqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After 34 minutes Vancouver Reds's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Arnulfo Gamus who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Arnulfo Gamus got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Santana Armada quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Santana Armada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomás Raphael in the 38th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Weldon Cordero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jan Ahlqvist in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Santana Armada saved Vancouver Reds from getting behind. 42 minutes into the match, Vancouver Reds's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Bermudez came free, but Santana Armada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute Jan Ahlqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santana Armada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Jan Ahlqvist who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 53rdth minute tested the skills of Santana Armada when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Reconquistense FC's Jan Ahlqvist slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Santana Armada. That made the score 2-1 after 55 minutes of play. Vancouver Reds's Frances Grossman was substituted for Bixente Lizarazu. Reconquistense FC's Prudencio Raulo was substituted for Arnulfo Gamus. Santana Armada made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Jan Ahlqvist sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Tomás Raphael kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Santana Armada. That made the score 2-2 in the 66 minute of play. Tomás Raphael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Santana Armada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Prudencio Raulo could shoot a difficult shot in the 71st minute, which Santana Armada however easily saved by the left post. Prudencio Raulo's late challenge caught a Vancouver Reds's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Prudencio Raulo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 72nd minute, Prudencio Raulo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amédée Gillis in the 74th minute of play forced Reconquistense FC's goalkeeper Jesus Austin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reconquistense FC made a substitution. Lino Madeo replaced Jan Ahlqvist. In the 82nd minute of the match Reconquistense FC got a corner. Vancouver Reds's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Atilano Ourente ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Atilano Ourente got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Santana Armada quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 84th minute of the match Atilano Ourente sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Santana Armada skillfully saved the ball. Jesus Austin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amédée Gillis in the 85th minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Vancouver Reds's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Bermudez came free, but Santana Armada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Vancouver Reds's goalkeeper Santana Armada had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Prudencio Raulo. Santana Armada was a little too slow when Prudencio Raulo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 2-3.
