Théodore Cordeau hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 10th minute Éthan Pichard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antoine Mano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tim Wiese showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Théodore Cordeau in the 11th minute of the match. Royal PSG's Antoine Mano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Éthan Pichard in the 13th minute of play. Antoine Mano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Halldor Sönksen's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. SV Bad Harzburg's attack was well implemented in the 14th minute, but when Halldor Sönksen was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Amancio Itzaina hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. If Hein Graf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, SV Bad Harzburg's Mats Koser got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Maurice Chalaye could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Tim Wiese made a huge save. 24 minutes into the game, SV Bad Harzburg's Éthan Pichard nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Antoine Mano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Welf Heinlein made in the 29th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Mats Koser however managed to control. Gustave Szymczak shot from long distance in the 30th minute, but Tim Wiese was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. In the 40th match minute, Royal PSG was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dominik Posadzki to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Éthan Pichard in the 41st minute of play forced Royal PSG's goalkeeper Antoine Mano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute, Théodore Cordeau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When Welf Heinlein fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SV Bad Harzburg's protests and gave Welf Heinlein a yellow card for diving instead. After 90 played minutes SV Bad Harzburg got a freekick which was hit by Welf Heinlein. Hamid Perrette hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. SV Bad Harzburg's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
