ArrancaCerebroS AFC's Gilberto Liher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godfredo Hever in the 4th minute of play. In the 7th match minute, ArrancaCerebroS AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paolo Patxi to maneuver through the defense. Enrique Garikoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emiliano Lauaxeta in the 11th minute of play. Gilberto Liher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godfredo Hever in the 15th minute of the match. In the 20th minute Maximiliano Quintin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Garikoitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, &La vieja Guardia&'s goal looked a bit too open when Santos Cristofol came free, but Enrique Garikoitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gilberto Liher came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by &La vieja Guardia&'s Godfredo Hever. But to his dismay, Godfredo Hever quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Justo Esiquio hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. 31 minutes into the game, Emiliano Lauaxeta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Enrique Garikoitz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 34th minute, Santos Cristofol left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ArrancaCerebroS AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 37th play minute Santos Cristofol came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Enrique Garikoitz. 3-1. Paolo Patxi hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. If Godfredo Hever had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Godfredo Hever in the 46th minute of play forced ArrancaCerebroS AFC's goalkeeper Gilberto Liher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After taking down the ball on &La vieja Guardia&'s corner Norberto Lluc fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gilberto Liher quite easily take care of the ball.

In the 58th minute, Ildefonso Gaizko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Enrique Garikoitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jose Gaitano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maximiliano Quintin took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Enrique Garikoitz. Enrique Garikoitz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. In the 66th minute, Santos Cristofol ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Enrique Garikoitz was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. In the 77th minute Santos Cristofol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Garikoitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes into the game, Godfredo Hever cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2.
