Astor Belarmo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Reynaldo Vinhas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 22 minute of play. Reynaldo Vinhas succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 30th playminute. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by Black Devils's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Besart Chotard was slow to take the kick. During this time Serbia y Mantonegro's players had a chance to rest. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 80th minute Reynaldo Vinhas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astor Belarmo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
