Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Godfredo Hever in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Astor Belarmo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 31 minutes into the match, &La vieja Guardia&'s goal looked a bit too open when Ricky Centurión came free, but Angel Eli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. German Beltran took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Angel Eli. Angel Eli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Besart Chotard managed to get in a good position for a shot. Serbia y Mantonegro's supporters rose to their feet, but Besart Chotard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angel Eli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. &La vieja Guardia&'s Angel Eli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arsenio Itzaina in the 40th minute of play. When Silverio Cordaro fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored &La vieja Guardia&'s protests and gave Silverio Cordaro a yellow card for diving instead. &La vieja Guardia&'s Angel Eli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save &La vieja Guardia& from getting a goal against them.
