Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Carleton Howie kicked off to start the match. When Costante Segarra came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Union Y Progreso F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Costante Segarra couldn't finish the play. In the 5th minute, Santiago Meruendano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Union Y Progreso F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Berke Crampton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dragomir Marchovski having to interfere. Neville Peach showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santiago Meruendano in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Amputees FC's goalkeeper Neville Peach, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Union Y Progreso F.C.'s Carlos Sueiro got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Neville Peach made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Costante Segarra in the 27th minute of play. In the 38th minute Costante Segarra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Neville Peach saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ambrossi Gigante lost his temper 41 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carleton Howie in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dragomir Marchovski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 58th match minute, Union Y Progreso F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Costante Segarra to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute Marcus Roach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dragomir Marchovski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dragomir Marchovski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Berke Crampton in the 67th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the match, Amputees FC's goal looked a bit too open when Santiago Meruendano came free, but Neville Peach reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ed Royans hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute, Carlos Sueiro fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Neville Peach, passed just outside the right post. Carleton Howie's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dragomir Marchovski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. The supporters of Union Y Progreso F.C. booed when Amputees FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bishop Warhurst didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 78 minutes, Fabio Cordarell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Union Y Progreso F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabio Cordarell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dragomir Marchovski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ed Royans, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Costante Segarra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
