Vila Mascote FC's William Rosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Fabelo in the 5th minute of play. William Rosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jakub Latocha in the 7th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the match, Fae Folgore's goal looked a bit too open when Kaká Mota came free, but Anderson Trigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute Wincenty Szarmach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but William Rosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fae Folgore's Anderson Trigo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Fae Folgore from getting a goal against them. Wincenty Szarmach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 22 minutes into the match, Vila Mascote FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jakub Latocha came free, but William Rosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Fae Folgore's Marco Fabelo in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vila Mascote FC's goalie prevented a goal. William Rosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Fabelo in the 34th minute of play. Fae Folgore were awarded a corner in the 47th minute after Vila Mascote FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Olgierd Balonek took the corner. The corner ended in Olgierd Balonek almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Vila Mascote FC's William Rosa did a great save.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kaká Mota stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vila Mascote FC's William Rosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wincenty Szarmach in the 50th minute of play. 54 minutes into the game, Fae Folgore's Marco Fabelo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. William Rosa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Kaká Mota scored 1-1 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anderson Trigo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 64 played minutes Vila Mascote FC got a freekick which was hit by Luís Fabiano Eger. Olgierd Balonek took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 65th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for William Rosa. Vila Mascote FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The throw-in from José de Mendonça in the 67th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Fae Folgore's Dariusz Kluczyk. Délio Ferreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Anderson Trigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anderson Trigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaká Mota, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Vila Mascote FC booed when Fae Folgore was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dariusz Kluczyk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anderson Trigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kaká Mota in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 83rdth minute of the game João Adolfo Moreno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fae Folgore's Anderson Trigo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Jakub Latocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 89 minutes into the match, Vila Mascote FC's Natã Castro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anderson Trigo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 89th minute, Jakub Latocha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kaká Mota recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Barnaba Barniszke scored 1-2 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of William Rosa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Fae Folgore supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Fae Folgore would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
