Felix Sagrario hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute, Benito Camela made a precise shot to the right of Santiago Gau. Mainumby's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. A collision led to Mainumby getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Celestino Curcio hit a great ball. Mainumby's Santiago Gau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benito Camela in the 20th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Felix Sagrario had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Santiago Gau. Mainumby's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Felix Sagrario was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Benito Camela's late challenge caught a Mainumby's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benito Camela helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Serbia y Mantonegro getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Benito Camela hit a great ball. Santiago Gau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benito Camela in the 37th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felix Sagrario got free with Santiago Gau in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Felix Sagrario kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Santiago Gau. That made the score 5-0 in the 46 minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 53rd match minute, Serbia y Mantonegro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cleto Solustiano to maneuver through the defense. Luis Semeno hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benito Camela in the 59th minute of play forced Mainumby's goalkeeper Santiago Gau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santiago Gau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benito Camela in the 64th minute of play. After 69 played minutes, Serbia y Mantonegro's Cleto Solustiano shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Santiago Gau came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Serbia y Mantonegro reached it. Santiago Gau didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benito Camela went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. In the 73rd minute, Benito Camela made a precise shot to the right of Santiago Gau. Mainumby's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Felix Sagrario put it in 9-0 from a short distance just to the right of Santiago Gau. Santiago Gau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benito Camela in the 82nd minute of the match.
