Serbia y Mantonegro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benito Camela was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Florida Gulf Coast's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Serbia y Mantonegro the free kick. Florida Gulf Coast's Lucio Geofredo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Florida Gulf Coast from getting a goal against them.
