The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alvaro Errando stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeledon Savion in the 54th minute of play forced Argentinean Patriots 1816's goalkeeper Isidoro Rio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 55th minute, Alvaro Errando ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isidoro Rio was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zeledon Savion in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isidoro Rio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fulgencio Eyague made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bello Cura in the 60th minute of play. AC LeX Luthor's Karl-Axel Kielstedt was substituted for Jose Galtero. Isidoro Rio came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by AC LeX Luthor's Peep Pronk. But to his dismay, Peep Pronk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Isidoro Rio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peep Pronk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th minute of the match AC LeX Luthor got a corner. Argentinean Patriots 1816's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gelu Ioniță ran over to the corner to take the kick. Argentinean Patriots 1816's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
