Zhu Ao took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustaquio Jaizki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute Eustaquio Jaizki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zhu Ao saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Türkeş Akşit in the 19th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Berdoi in the 35th minute of play forced Andırın SK's goalkeeper Zhu Ao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Türkeş Uğuralp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Türkeş Akşit in the 39th minute of play forced Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Pankracy Glogowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabio Artaldo's late challenge caught a Andırın SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Türkeş Akşit ran back to his position shaking his head. Pankracy Glogowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Türkeş Akşit, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Türkeş Akşit stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Türkeş Akşit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pankracy Glogowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Türkeş Akşit in the 57th minute of play. If Türkeş Akşit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. Ciro Ferdinand hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. 85 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Batıhan Saik came free, but Pankracy Glogowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Batıhan Saik in the 87th minute of play forced Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Pankracy Glogowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Batıhan Saik in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pankracy Glogowski saved Club Atlético Atlanta from getting behind. In the 90th minute Jozef Botto suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. When Emil Chwalkiewicz fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atlético Atlanta's protests and gave Emil Chwalkiewicz a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Club Atlético Atlanta getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. In the 95th minute Batıhan Saik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Glogowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Andırın SK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Club Atlético Atlanta had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
