A collision led to Wakanda fv FSCMZ getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Serginho Varela hit a great ball. If Umberto Dionísio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mateus de Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benedito Mineiro in the 14th minute of the match. When Anísio Alagoano fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Castanheiro SC's protests and gave Anísio Alagoano a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Wakanda fv FSCMZ booed when Castanheiro SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anísio Alagoano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Castanheiro SC's Pedrinho Guimarães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvaldo Alagoano in the 25th minute of play. Umberto Dionísio made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 28thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Mateus de Almeida would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Umberto Dionísio didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 2-0 via right post in the game's 28th minute. Castanheiro SC's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Fábio Bezerra struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Pedrinho Guimarães didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wakanda fv FSCMZ. After 33 played minutes Castanheiro SC got a freekick which was hit by Clemente Cardozo. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Umberto Dionísio in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mateus de Almeida saved Wakanda fv FSCMZ from getting behind. Umberto Dionísio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Mateus de Almeida made a huge save. In the 47th minute, Wakanda fv FSCMZ's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Magno Pereira fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Fábio Bezerra made the kick off in the second half. In the 52ndth minute of the game Umberto Dionísio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wakanda fv FSCMZ's Mateus de Almeida was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Umberto Dionísio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mateus de Almeida was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. After 67 minutes of play, Castanheiro SC's Benedito Mineiro made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mateus de Almeida was left in no man's land by his defense there!
