Panos Papadimos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Kakotaridis, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Omar Nicholas didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Highway to Hell's Makis Kanatidis shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Panos Papadimos came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Pyrgetos FC's Giannis Rammos. But to his dismay, Giannis Rammos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Omar Nicholas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Habib Al Zamel in the 30th minute of the match. In the 34th minute Thomas Kakotaridis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Panos Papadimos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Pyrgetos FC defense, Habib Al Zamel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Omar Nicholas. The Pyrgetos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Omar Nicholas should have stopped the shot. Paris Pountidis hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. 44 minutes into the match, Habib Al Zamel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Omar Nicholas. Pyrgetos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Habib Al Zamel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. After 47 played minutes Pyrgetos FC got a freekick which was hit by Giorgos Sferopoulos. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

A collision led to Pyrgetos FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Paris Pountidis hit a great ball. Panos Papadimos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomas Kakotaridis in the 59th minute of play. In the 61st minute Thomas Kakotaridis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Panos Papadimos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute of the match, Habib Al Zamel tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Omar Nicholas saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Panos Papadimos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Kakotaridis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute, Thomas Kakotaridis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pyrgetos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. The supporters of Pyrgetos FC booed when Highway to Hell was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sultan Shalan didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Kakotaridis in the 75th minute of play forced Highway to Hell's goalkeeper Panos Papadimos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Pyrgetos FC's goalkeeper Omar Nicholas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Makis Kanatidis. Pyrgetos FC's Omar Nicholas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Habib Al Zamel in the 79th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Highway to Hell's Makis Kanatidis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Omar Nicholas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 84th minute, Nikos Souglakos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pyrgetos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giannis Rammos in the 88th minute of play forced Highway to Hell's goalkeeper Panos Papadimos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th match minute, Highway to Hell was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Makis Kanatidis to maneuver through the defense. Nikos Souglakos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Panos Papadimos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Highway to Hell players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Pyrgetos FC.
