The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 6 minutes into the match, AEK S.C's goal looked a bit too open when Zbyszko Borowski came free, but Petros Xenos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute, Zbyszko Borowski made a precise shot to the right of Petros Xenos. AEK S.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Krzysztof Bator scored 2-0 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Petros Xenos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kylian Henry kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Petros Xenos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Krzysztof Bator in the 20th minute. In the 22nd minute, Ryszard Ligas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Petros Xenos. The goal made the score 3-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Krzysztof Bator got free with Petros Xenos in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 4-0 became the score in the 26th minute when Zbyszko Borowski elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zbyszko Borowski in the 32nd minute of play forced AEK S.C's goalkeeper Petros Xenos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, ◄19A10►Brunsberga's Zbyszko Duszenski got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Petros Xenos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ryszard Ligas, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. AEK S.C's Alekos Tsitsanis got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Krzysztof Bator sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kylian Henry stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Krzysztof Bator had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Petros Xenos. AEK S.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Krzysztof Bator was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Stasio Wykowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petros Xenos having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Zbyszko Borowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Petros Xenos was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. Zbyszko Borowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Kleanthis Stavrinoudakis fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AEK S.C's protests and gave Kleanthis Stavrinoudakis a yellow card for diving instead. After 73 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for AEK S.C! In the 74th minute there was a penalty for ◄19A10►Brunsberga. Krzysztof Bator stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Petros Xenos. 10-0. If Krzysztof Bator had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 13-0 when Zbyszko Borowski sped through AEK S.C's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Petros Xenos. After 94 played minutes ◄19A10►Brunsberga got a freekick which was hit by Xzaiver Yugueros. Ziemowit Lemiesz acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 95th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Marcin Baszczyński. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. ◄19A10►Brunsberga fully deserved thier win.
