Otávio Arce started the match with the kick off. S.E. Cachoeirinha's Betão de Amaral proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save S.E. Cachoeirinha from getting a goal against them. The supporters of LinuX F.C. booed when S.E. Cachoeirinha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Secco didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6th minute, Nilmar do Valle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 11 minutes into the match, Otávio Arce had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mainor Martinez. LinuX F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Otávio Arce was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Mainor Martinez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Otávio Arce in the 18th minute of the match. LinuX F.C.'s Mainor Martinez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Fabiano Prata in the 19th minute of play. Mainor Martinez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Otávio Arce, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Kenneth Garro's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Betão de Amaral firmly grabbed it by the left post. 27 minutes into the match, S.E. Cachoeirinha's goal looked a bit too open when Kenneth Garro came free, but Betão de Amaral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Betão de Amaral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kenneth Garro, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Nilmar do Valle hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Mainor Martinez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Otávio Arce in the 33rd minute of the match. Mainor Martinez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Otávio Arce, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. LinuX F.C.'s Mainor Martinez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorival Veloso in the 40th minute of play. Mainor Martinez came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by S.E. Cachoeirinha's Otávio Arce. But to his dismay, Otávio Arce quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. When S.E. Cachoeirinha's Dorival Veloso in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye LinuX F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. When the match clock showed 46 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Dorival Veloso sped through LinuX F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mainor Martinez.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kenneth Garro was the one to do the kick off. Luiz Fabiano Pratas short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Mainor Martinez to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dorival Veloso in the 53rd minute of play forced LinuX F.C.'s goalkeeper Mainor Martinez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dorival Veloso during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 55th match minute, S.E. Cachoeirinha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorival Veloso to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 95 minutes, Luiz Fabiano Prata managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. S.E. Cachoeirinha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luiz Fabiano Prata was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Otávio Arce's late challenge caught a LinuX F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Otávio Arce helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of LinuX F.C. booed when S.E. Cachoeirinha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Otávio Arce didn't get a good kick on the ball. S.E. Cachoeirinha's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
