Apolo Santxol was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Huckebein's Apolo Santxol proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Huckebein from getting a goal against them. Apolo Santxol had in the 19thth minute some difficulties stopping Ladislao Gines's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Tony Hare hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Remigio Dolcet made in the 21st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Creekers's Saverio Vistruario. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saverio Vistruario in the 24th minute of play forced Huckebein's goalkeeper Apolo Santxol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Apolo Santxol stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ladislao Gines's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. After a rather tough play, Huckebein's Marin Jumancă got a free kick in the 37th minute. William Kerns sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute Marin Jumancă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jude Crocker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Creekers getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Leevi Kampman hit a great ball.

Jude Crocker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gwidon Augustyn in the 55th minute of the match. A hard shot 58 in the game by Marin Jumancă from a close distance when the talented Jude Crocker managed to make a qualified save. Creekers's players were relieved. Ladislao Gines struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Apolo Santxol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Creekers. Huckebein's Wilfredo Ugutz was substituted for Everardo Presebal. In the 78th minute of the match Huckebein got a corner. Creekers's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lucjan Kendra ran over to the corner to take the kick. Wolfgang Dalkvist made a great header on Huckebein's corner, it was just that Creekers's Jude Crocker managed to reach the ball for a save. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
