A throw-in in the 11th minute of the game was made by Wilmer Guadamuz with Ye Jian Kang as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Elmer Lozano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Ergo Muro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16th match minute, LinuX F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfonso Mena to maneuver through the defense. Bernardo Arias stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Niceto Ihazintu's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. LinuX F.C.'s Bernardo Arias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save LinuX F.C. from getting a goal against them. 32 minutes into the match, Niceto Ihazintu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bernardo Arias, 1-0. 42 minutes into the match, Caatiba MZC's Niceto Ihazintu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bernardo Arias narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
