Bater Cuca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 15th minute Bater Cuca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruperto Cordarell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgar Tepedino's late challenge caught a Nahitantino's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edgar Tepedino helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Guará FC's Edgar Tepedino got a free kick in the 20th minute. Ruperto Cordarell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bater Cuca, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Justino Arixo hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Silverio Jorrin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nahitantino's supporters rose to their feet, but Silverio Jorrin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Silverio Jorrin made a kick off. After 51 minutes of play, Guará FC's Rômulo de Sena made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ruperto Cordarell was left in no man's land by his defense there! Guará FC's Emílio Motta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silverio Jorrin in the 57th minute of play. After having played for 58 minutes, Sixto Belasko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nahitantino's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sixto Belasko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ruperto Cordarell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bater Cuca, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Emílio Motta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silverio Jorrin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ruperto Cordarell made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rômulo de Sena in the 63rd minute. After 63 played minutes Nahitantino got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Hernando. Emílio Motta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Nahitantino fans cheered their team off the field, for while Guará FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
