Angelo Mendes came free with the goalkeeper in the 4th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Victorino Diagur could save by the left post. Victorino Diagur didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 5th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. In the 10th minute Ruben Cordaryal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emílio Motta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erlingur Haaland took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Victorino Diagur. Victorino Diagur dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Elói Bezerra kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, C.A. Identidad Soberana's goal looked a bit too open when Erlingur Haaland came free, but Victorino Diagur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th minute Joel Nordal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emílio Motta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of C.A. Identidad Soberana booed when Guará FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elói Bezerra didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Joel Nordal managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A. Identidad Soberana's supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Nordal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emílio Motta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Victorino Diagur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Angelo Mendes in the 43rd minute. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind Guará FC's goalkeeper Emílio Motta, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Nordal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute of the match, Joel Nordal tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Emílio Motta saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. C.A. Identidad Soberana's Ruben Cordaryal got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Angelo Mendes in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victorino Diagur saved C.A. Identidad Soberana from getting behind. Guará FC's Erlingur Haaland got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Joel Nordal struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Emílio Motta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A. Identidad Soberana. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erlingur Haaland in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victorino Diagur prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 74th minute Erlingur Haaland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorino Diagur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victorino Diagur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelo Mendes in the 75th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Angelo Mendes in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victorino Diagur saved C.A. Identidad Soberana from getting behind. Guará FC's Emílio Motta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Guará FC from getting a goal against them. Guará FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, C.A. Identidad Soberana's goal looked a bit too open when Erlingur Haaland came free, but Victorino Diagur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erlingur Haaland hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Many of C.A. Identidad Soberana's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. C.A. Identidad Soberana may have spent more time on the ball, but Guará FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
