Teodelina FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marnix Harmannus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victor Valdez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 11 minutes into the match, Teodelina FC's Marnix Harmannus sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Victor Valdez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Marnix Harmannus kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Victor Valdez. That made the score 2-0 in the 14 minute of play. After 21 played minutes POPODARA F.C got a freekick which was hit by Salam Sow. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind POPODARA F.C's goalkeeper Victor Valdez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Salam Sow charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Salam Sow the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Salam Sow kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Teodelina FC's Marnix Harmannus sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Victor Valdez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Victor Valdez was out of position in the 35 minute of play, and Marnix Harmannus capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marnix Harmannus really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. POPODARA F.C's Yngvar Eikenes got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 40th minute, Salam Sow hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marnix Harmannus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 43 played minutes POPODARA F.C got a freekick which was hit by Salam Sow. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marnix Harmannus got free with Victor Valdez in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Salam Sow got his second yellow card in the match during the 46th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Victor Valdez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marnix Harmannus in the 53rd minute of play. Victor Valdez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marnix Harmannus, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marnix Harmannus in the 63rd minute of play forced POPODARA F.C's goalkeeper Victor Valdez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. POPODARA F.C's Victor Valdez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marnix Harmannus in the 64th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marnix Harmannus in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victor Valdez saved POPODARA F.C from getting behind. The supporters of Teodelina FC booed when POPODARA F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tor-Ivar Kalland didn't get a good kick on the ball. Victor Valdez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Calixto in the 93rd minute of play. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
