After 3 minutes, Ambrosio Etxatxu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BFC 1982 and the Bairoletto FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Bairoletto FC booed when BFC 1982 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ambrosio Etxatxu didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Bairoletto FC's Candido Lehior got control of the ball when Edgard Iigo tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Maximino Canor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 12th match minute, Bairoletto FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pablo Corderun to maneuver through the defense. In the 14th minute, Bairoletto FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Edgard Iigo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Bairoletto FC's Candido Lehior proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Bairoletto FC from getting a goal against them. Justo Etxahun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tobias Ur's late challenge caught a Bairoletto FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tobias Ur helped the player get up and apologised. In the 20th minute, Tobias Ur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Bairoletto FC's Nereo Norino tried to score from far away in the 21st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 23rd match minute, Bairoletto FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edelmiro Galeno to maneuver through the defense. Prospero Veto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Modesto Ieltxu in the 25th minute of the match. Prospero Veto came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Bairoletto FC's Justo Etxahun. But to his dismay, Justo Etxahun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 39th minute Modesto Ieltxu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prospero Veto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Evaristo Teofilio to strike the kick off in the second half. Evaristo Teofilio hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. If Maximino Canor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 61 minutes into the game, Evaristo Teofilio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Candido Lehior was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bairoletto FC's Candido Lehior played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evaristo Teofilio in the 64th minute of play. Candido Lehior came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by BFC 1982's Evaristo Teofilio. But to his dismay, Evaristo Teofilio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Bairoletto FC's Candido Lehior played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evaristo Teofilio in the 71st minute of play. In the 72nd match minute, Bairoletto FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justo Etxahun to maneuver through the defense. If Maximino Canor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Orlando Txomin kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Candido Lehior showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ambrosio Etxatxu in the 79th minute of the match. Justo Etxahun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Prospero Veto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Candido Lehior showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Iigo, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Candido Lehior showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Iigo in the 84th minute of the match. Evaristo Teofilio scored 5-1 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Candido Lehior, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 88th minute, Edgard Iigo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Candido Lehior was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. In the 92nd match minute, Bairoletto FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nereo Norino to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Bairoletto FC booed when BFC 1982 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ambrosio Etxatxu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edgard Iigo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Candido Lehior read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Bairoletto FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for BFC 1982.
