Dedê Carneiro started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the game, Ovidio Oriol recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Diguinho Damião. Ovidio Oriol showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. A collision led to YESHUA F.C getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Dorian Teles hit a great ball. The supporters of Cachilo FC booed when YESHUA F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge dos Santos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the YESHUA F.C defense, Ovidio Oriol kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Diguinho Damião. The YESHUA F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Diguinho Damião should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in YESHUA F.C's zone, Ovidio Oriol stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diguinho Damião came out of the goal and Ovidio Oriol tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Diguinho Damião was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Gavino Eutropio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gavino Eutropio really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. 23 minutes into the match, Cachilo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dedê Carneiro came free, but Justo Distiratsu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cachilo FC's Alejo Deunoro shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 27th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Diguinho Damião but with some difficulty. Salvador Cai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Diguinho Damião tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Faustão do Vale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ovidio Oriol came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Cachilo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ovidio Oriol couldn't finish the play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ovidio Oriol was the one to do the kick off. Carlos Eduardo Fantini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 55th match minute, YESHUA F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorian Teles to maneuver through the defense. YESHUA F.C's Diguinho Damião played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnoldo Gorka in the 56th minute of play. Diguinho Damião took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gavino Eutropio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 57 played minutes YESHUA F.C got a freekick which was hit by Jorge dos Santos. A collision led to YESHUA F.C getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Dedê Carneiro hit a great ball. Justo Distiratsu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jorge dos Santos in the 72nd minute. A collision led to YESHUA F.C getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Josué Mattos hit a great ball. The supporters of Cachilo FC booed when YESHUA F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guga Cosme didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gavino Eutropio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cachilo FC's Daniel Seme got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
